
Important Information for CyberCash Customers
Road Runner no longer sells the CyberCash e-commerce service.
Existing CyberCash customers will be transitioned automatically to VeriSign's
PayFlow payment gateway services. When the transition is completed, those
customers can access their account(s) through the PayFlow Manager login page at https://manager.verisign.com/.
To login, customers will need to enter their Partner ID, login ID, and password.
Note that any
orders authorized -- but not captured -- using the CyberCash E-Commerce Services
Manager prior to the transition must be settled manually using the VeriSign
Payflow Manager. Orders processed through CyberCash prior to the transition to
PayFlow Manager can still be administered through the currently available
CyberCash functionality.
Customers who have been transitioned to VeriSign's PayFlow Manager may want to
consult the "VeriSign
Manager - Quick Start Guide for CyberCash Merchants." That document can
be viewed with Adobe®

According to the following URL from the CyberCash web site, there are 6 steps required to complete the entire CyberCash Credit Card Merchant setup. *Please note that we do not provide CyberCoin Merchant accounts, we only offer the CyberCash Credit Card Merchant accounts.
Step One
Financial Institutions
This step is performed by you or the webmaster of your domain. Notify your bank
that you are interested in accepting credit cards using CyberCash. If your bank
does not set up merchant credit card accounts for CyberCash, you can e-mail
CyberCash: bank@cybercash.com to request CyberCash to speak with your
bank on your behalf. You can also refer to the following URL of the CyberCash
domain for a list of CyberCash Partner Financial Institutions.
Step Two
CyberCash 3.2 Setup Process
To activate your CyberCash 3.2
account, you will need to complete the registration form that is required by
CyberCash. Please complete this form at the following URL:
